Cloud sync & shared login
How sharing works
The first owner is created through a one-time setup screen. After that, access is invite-only and each owner uses their own email and password.
Changes save locally first, then sync to your private cloud workspace. The app checks for updates every few seconds while open and also syncs when you save changes.
Recommended setup
- Create one Supabase project.
- Run the included database schema once.
- Enter the project URL and anon key here.
- Use “Set up first owner” once to create the first account and business workspace.
- Copy the invite code.
- Your brother uses the invite-only registration screen and joins with that code.
Backup & data
Backups contain your business records. Store them somewhere private. Cloud syncing is not a replacement for occasional backups.
Install & updates
This is an installable Progressive Web App. When served from HTTPS or localhost, supported browsers can install it like a normal app.
When cloud sync is configured, the installed app can be used on both owners’ phones with the same shared business workspace.
